U13-U14’s KaMana COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE MINDSET AND HABITS WORKSHOP WITH SURF IRONWOMEN LIZZIE WELBORN

This month our U13 & U14’s Competition Team members participated in a special Performance Mindset and Habits Workshop with the inspiring Lizzie Welborn! Lizzie brought her wealth of experience and passion for surf lifesaving to share powerful insights on building mental resilience, creating positive habits, and developing a strong performance mindset. These are not just skills for competition but valuable tools for life. Our young athletes left the workshop feeling motivated, confident, and equipped with strategies to tackle challenges, both in the surf and beyond.A huge thank you to Lizzie for her time, energy, and wisdom, and to everyone who helped make this workshop possible. We’re so proud to see our team members embracing these lessons as they continue to grow and thrive. Keep up the great work, U13s and U14s—you’re shaping up to be future Surf Life Saving champions!
